Every plan includes eligible HCM maintenance labour. Materials, parts and external costs are additional.
Essential Care
1 hour of HCM labour per month
For smaller properties, homeowners and occasional ongoing maintenance.
Standard Care
2 hours of HCM labour per month
For homeowners, landlords, offices, shops and smaller commercial properties.

4 hours of HCM labour per month
For larger homes, rentals, commercial premises and workshops.

To celebrate the launch of HCM Property & Site Maintenance Memberships, a limited number of founding members receive double their standard monthly maintenance allocation at no additional cost.

Flexible maintenance hours
Maintenance requirements change from month to month. If you do not need your full allocation during a billing period, eligible unused hours may be carried forward.
A maximum of one month’s standard allocation may be carried forward.
Carried-forward hours remain available for a limited period.
Hours do not accumulate indefinitely and have no cash value.
Hours cannot be exchanged for refunds or cash.
Eligible maintenance work
Membership hours can be used for eligible HCM maintenance and general property work within HCM’s applicable scope.
Minor repairs, adjustments, hardware, fixtures, fittings and general upkeep.
Minor timber repairs, doors, frames, general carpentry and building maintenance.
Fences, gates, decks, sheds, carports, outdoor structures and external upkeep.
Identify issues early and recommend repairs before they become larger problems.
Property managers & multiple properties
For larger portfolios, commercial buildings or facilities, HCM can develop a custom arrangement based on property count, expected maintenance requirements and service frequency.

Services outside the membership
The monthly membership covers eligible HCM labour. Materials, specialist services and larger works require additional charges or a separate quotation.
Larger projects or substantial works may be quoted separately.
Where required, HCM assesses the work and provides a separate quotation.
Membership terms
Membership provides ongoing access to eligible HCM maintenance services, subject to these operating terms.
Fees are billed monthly using the nominated payment method. Included hours represent HCM labour time only, not monetary credit. Unused hours may carry forward subject to HCM limits and the applicable expiry period.
Hours cannot be exchanged for cash, refunds or monetary credit. They are assigned to the subscribing customer and nominated property and cannot be transferred without HCM approval.
Materials, parts, equipment hire and external services are charged separately. Major construction, renovations and substantial repairs are quoted separately.
HCM may suspend services and new hour allocations while an account is overdue. Memberships may be cancelled under the applicable HCM cancellation terms, and unused hours expire when the membership ends.
Membership provides access to maintenance services but does not guarantee a specific appointment time or emergency response. All appointments remain subject to HCM availability.
All work is subject to applicable licensing, regulatory, safety and site requirements.
